Leads the accounts team responsible for the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance including GST and TDS, payments discipline and financial-process controls — keeping the books clean, current and audit-ready.

Leads banking relationships, debt fundraising and institutional engagement across the BFSI ecosystem — building the lender partnerships and alliances that fund Recapita's growth. A Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Leads credit appraisal and lending operations — from application processing and underwriting coordination to disbursal and operating controls — ensuring every loan meets Recapita's credit and compliance standards.

Leads the human resources and administration function and the team responsible for people operations, workplace administration and employee experience across the head office and branch network.

Leads internal audit, compliance and control oversight, including supervision of the internal audit team. A Company Secretary by qualification, she also serves as the company's Grievance Redressal Officer.

Responsible for management information, business reporting and data collation — turning operating data into the reports and analytics that management decisions run on.

Leads the branch network and the origination of lending, mutual-fund and insurance business across Madhya Pradesh — the company's branch-led growth engine.
